This a general healing build I run in PvE. The last two slots are generally taken up with a res and/or dismiss condition/holy veil/remove hex depending on the area in which I am fighting. Attributes should be distibuted as: 9 prot, 11 divine, 14/15 healing
The basics to the build is to spam LoD and when someone goes bleow half health PS and dwayna's gets them back to full health. The other skills are used as general heals if needed. Use signet when low on energy.
A variant to this build is take out orison and etheral and replace them with glyph of lesser energy and heal party. This combo can be used as a spamming mass party heal. Spam LoD till your energy gets to 15, then use glyph of lesser and spam heal party. This is a sustainable mass heal.
Another tip to make life easier is to bring a char with BR, usually on a hero mm.

its OK, but if ur protting, bring reversal of fortune. huge discussion on why orison sucks on a non-HB bar, so kick that.

Couple of bits...

RoF owns Orison on a prot/heal build, no contest.

Heal Party and LoD on the same bar, even with GoLE, is redundant.

PS is not used on people below half health, it's used for pre-protting and the like to prevent people from dropping below half health.

And you don't need BR, only in rare instances will you need any outside e-management - simply stop spamming, and you'll be fine.
